Case Study - Charity Gig

Request:

Customer wanted venue for a charity fund raiser.  Three live bands and a DJ for an after party.  The event would be ticketed for up to 500 people.

Set up:

• Stage and lighting set up for bands (own PA system integrated)
• DJ mixer plugged into own PA system for after party
• Bar staff for paid bar throughout the evening
• Outdoor barn set up with 3rd party caterer and fire pits for warmth
• approx 400-500 attendees to the gig with over £4000 raised for charity
